My dear husband, Mick, passed away at the very young age of 46, in our home, in my arms, on the morning of Saturday, May 8th, 2004.

With invaluable support from our friends and families, he fought his grim prognosis with vigorous determination, resistance and courage, since being diagnosed with stage IV Lung Cancer in February 2004.

Unfortunately, despite all available treatments, the disease was too advanced to combat.

He will be deeply missed and nurtured in my heart and mind forever.

I will never be able to repay all the genuine kindness, love and sensitivity that I have received and continue to receive, during this extremely difficult time.
